Inspection Process and Requirements

During Inspection

Clients or authorized representatives should be on-site to approve actions such as powering off equipment, if needed.
Inspections focus exclusively on equipment indicated on the approved list.
Equipment located higher than five feet or requiring additional tools/access may require prior arrangements.

Payment and Scheduling

Inspections must be prepaid in full via check or electronic payment (e.g., Zelle).
Surveys to prepare equipment lists are a separate, paid service.

Disclaimers and Exclusions

Equipment requiring utility company access or found to be damaged may be excluded.
Reinspections are limited to thermal issues identified in the original report.
Non-thermal problems are managed by your electrical engineer or contractor.
